Setting the Pace for the Year Ahead

As the year begins to take shape, our focus is firmly on the work ahead — progressing projects already underway and building momentum across the practice.

The months ahead are defined less by new direction and more by continuity: advancing complex projects through design, approvals, and delivery, while maintaining the clarity, care, and collaboration that underpin our approach.

Employment and Commercial Precincts

Work continues on Aldington, a major industrial precinct within the Mamre Road Employment Area at Kemps Creek.

The project spans three consolidated lots and includes 21 medium-to-large scale warehouse units, anchored by a five-storey commercial office building.

Now progressing through architectural design, consultant coordination, and DA documentation, Aldington represents a significant contribution to one of Western Sydney’s most important employment corridors. Our focus remains on functionality, efficiency, and long-term adaptability — ensuring the precinct responds to both current operational needs and future growth.

At Lasso Road, Gregory Hills, momentum continues following development approval for the seven-storey mixed-use commercial building. As one of the tallest commercial developments in the Camden LGA, the project reflects a broader ambition to elevate the quality of workplace and commercial environments in South West Sydney.

Detailed design and coordination are now shaping the next phase of the project, with an emphasis on ground-level activation, workplace amenity, and a built form that contributes positively to its surrounding context.

Education Projects in Progress

The approved Al Sadiq College Chester Hill campus continues to move forward as a key education project for the practice.

The adaptive reuse of the former retirement village remains central to the project’s intent — retaining and reworking the existing built fabric to create connected learning environments, administration spaces, and child-focused outdoor areas.

As the project advances, the focus remains on delivering a campus that supports the school’s long-term vision while providing a welcoming, functional environment for students, staff, and families.

Alongside this, we’re pleased to be commencing work on a new childcare facility in Tahmoor, following a recent project win. Early learning environments require a particularly thoughtful approach, balancing safety, clarity, and warmth with practical operational requirements. As design progresses, our intent is to create a setting that supports learning and care while responding carefully to its local context.

Looking Forward

Across commercial, industrial, civic, and education projects, the year ahead is shaped by steady progress and close collaboration with our clients and consultant teams.

We’re looking forward to continuing this work — moving projects forward with purpose, and contributing to places that support growth, learning, and community.
